Loved the active lobby with games and free breakfast—nothing like pancakes to start the day! However, waiting nearly an hour just to check in was truly delightful—who knew I signed up for a comedy show in a filthy lobby?

We only stayed here for 5 nights, as we didn't have time, even so everything was great. The vibe here was quiet. You could leave a car onsite. The hotel had marvellous location close enough to Also close to a very nice mall and activities and restaurants. Furthermore, close to everything🙂

The staff was super friendly. Clean facilities and great bathrooms. Loved the outdoor seating area with a fire pit. Close to everything, especially the Braves game. Room had a flat-screen TV, fridge, and microwave. The fitness center was nice too. Just wish the pillows and mattresses were better. Parking and early check-in fees felt a bit annoying.

Tru By Hilton provided an amazing breakfast each morning, featuring a fascinating pancake machine. the cleanliness and southern hospitality of the staff, particularly Julie, were remarkable. the lobby offered all-day free coffee, tea, and hot cocoa, along with fun amenities like a gym, pool table, and board games. the rooms were clean, and the hotel had a welcoming family-oriented vibe.

Neighbors were occasionally loud. Room close to janitorial closet.

The location couldn't be more marvellous and unbeatable close to everything.

Convenient spot in a pretty good area, close to the Galleria for shopping and lots of things to do and places to eat around. 🛍️.

The room we stayed in was equipped with a cable TV for all our favorite shows and movies 📺, as well as a handy refrigerator. the location was super convenient, just a stone's throw away from a fantastic mall and not too far from the bustling downtown area.

Pros the property exceeded my expectations with its cleanliness and modern facilities. the lobby was impressive, featuring a game area, breakfast space, lounge, exercise room. the complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, adding to a memorable stay. Additionally, the outdoor fire pit was a great spot to relax, and the added perk of a coffee and tea bar in the lobby was a delightful touch.

Cons On the downside, I encountered some noise issues from neighboring guests and a janitorial closet near my room, affecting the overall tranquility. There were cleanliness issues in my room, including dried spills that required my personal attention.

The breakfast options were fantastic, and the food was delicious.

The staff was super friendly and very welcoming. A nice and fine room with a view of the courtyard. Early check-in and the service was great. the pool was nice and comfortable to sit around.

We loved our stay at Tru By Hilton! the room was bright and spotless, with plenty of outlets. the pancake machine at breakfast was a fun surprise, and the active lobby with games was a great touch. However, there was no coffee maker in the room. Overall, I'll certainly recommend this hotel!
